    Vision

    Providing distinguished education and innovative research that makes the department a pioneer in the field of information technology.

     

    Mission

    Providing a set of courses that adopt the required diversity in the field of information technology and how to apply and develop it to meet the requirements and needs of the labor market.

     

    Goals

    It is summarized in graduating students with competencies to be able to:

    Occupy specialized jobs in various fields, such as: the financial, industry, trade, government, educational and health sectors.

    Assist individuals and institutions in achieving their desired goals by providing sufficient information about technical solutions and how to optimally apply them.

    Follow up on the current developments in the field of information technology and apply these updates to the concerned individuals and institutions.

    Ability to manage IT resources for individuals and organizations.

    Knowing the social and ethical responsibilities of information technology professionals, and contributing to the development of scientific institutions built on information technology.

    Conducting postgraduate studies and scientific research in the field of information technology.
