Prof/ Mostafa Abdel-Khaleq, President of Sohag University, signed a cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Arts and faculty of Computers & Artificial Intelligence, in the University Council Hall, in the presence of Prof/ Karim Mosleh, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Prof/ Nimeiri Allam – Acting Dean of the College of Computers, Dr/ Iman Hammad – General Coordinator of the Protocol, Dr/ Abdul Rahim Muhammad Abdul Rahim – Head of the Library and Information Department, and Professor Dr/ Ahmed Younes – Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department.
Prof/ Mustafa Abdel-Khaleq said that the protocol aims at cooperation between the two colleges in the new academic programs related to information technology and data science, in addition to specialized training programs that combine computer science and library and information sciences, as well as the exchange of faculty members to benefit the process educational.
